Starting June 3, visit the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem’s Terrace Bar Sundays – Thursdays, 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm—a perfect spot for a drink and a nighttime experience in the Jerusalem air.
The Terrace is designed in a Mediterranean garden style, adorned with local olive trees, flowers, and numerous potted plants. It features a special deck floor and exclusive garden furniture. The venue is illuminated with unique lighting that creates a harmonious atmosphere for guests, with attention to the smallest details. The open kitchen and bar overlook the diners, providing a rich and unforgettable culinary experience under the Jerusalem sky.
The summer bar on the hotel rooftop has been upgraded and will feature a new menu with contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, crafted from the finest ingredients under the direction of Chef Itzik Mizrahi Barak. The bar will also offer a refined and luxurious alcohol menu in collaboration with Macallan Distillery, the leading single malt brand, which celebrates its 200th anniversary this year. The new alcohol menu includes, among other things, a specially crafted Macallan journey for the Terrace bar, featuring limited editions from the distillery. One cocktail, Jerusalem of Gold, is the Waldorf Astoria’s signature cocktail. It was created for the hotel’s 10th anniversary, and consists of limited-edition Waldorf Astoria whiskey, homemade cherry syrup, black pepper and clove bitters, and a cinnamon smoke cloud. In addition, cigar enthusiasts will find a luxurious cigar menu to choose from.
The Terrace is open Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm; the kitchen is open until 10:30 pm. Open to the public, not just hotel guests. Kosher under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate; all products are Mehadrin. Dish prices range from ₪40 to ₪95. Reservations are strongly suggested
